Special educational methods at the 2nd elementary school in the subject Czech language

The diploma thesis deals with students with specially educational needs at the second level of elemantary school in the subject Czech language. The focus is mainly on what support is being given to students by the school, the school counselling centre and teachers who teach the Czech language. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The author explains the concept of a pupil with specially educational needs, describing the system of care and support for these students. Due to the second field studied by the author, the work focuses on the special needs of students in the subject czech language and literature. Particular attention is paid to students with specific learning disabilities, in particular dyslexia, dysgraphy and dysortography. The thesis also mentions the reduction of mentioned specific learning disabilities. The projected outcome should be to map the intervention and support that students receive at a mainstream elementary school in the teaching of the Czech language as well as within the subject of a specially pedagogical intervention. Possibilities of inclusive education within the 1st stage of primary school

The thesis entitled "Possibilities of Inclusive Education in Primary School" discusses inclusive education with a closer look at its application in primary school. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on defining the concept of inclusion and terms related to it, introduces the background and principles of inclusive education and describes international conventions and national regulations that are central to the application of inclusion in the Czech environment. The thesis shows the principles of implementation of inclusive education in the Czech Republic and offers possibilities of evaluating the pro-inclusiveness of education. The second chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the education of pupils with special educational needs in primary school, presents the system of education of these pupils and focuses on the actors in inclusive education - pupils, teachers and teaching assistants. Exceptionally gifted pupils with a double exceptionality in the process of primary and secondary education

The diploma thesis focuses on the approach towards pupils with a double exceptionality. The investigated sample is made up of three pupils with a diagnosed exceptional talent parallelly with another handicap, these diagnoses in particular - specific learning disorders, ADHD, behaviour disorders, Asperger's syndrome, debilitation in the social-emotional area, affective instability and increased anxiety. The goal of the diploma thesis is to find out about the teaching methods, describe the procedures and circumstances of education on a sample of three pupils with various matches of exceptional talent and handicap. To observe which procedures have influenced the approaches of the pupil towards aducation. How this pupil has been accepted in a group of peers. To win the answers to the research questions the research was divided into two stages. The first stage includes the analysis of the pupils'personal documents. During the second stage semi-structured interviews with the pupil and their class teacher took place. The results of the interviews were won by means of open coding. What is the attitude of special educators to the policy of inclusion?

The bachelor's thesis deals with the opinions of special educators in special schools on inclusion. Although they are not direct actors of inclusion, they are workers in education and it can be useful to know their opinion. The aim of this work is to find out the opinion of the interviewed special education teachers, and then compare them with the opinions of other respondents. In the theoretical part, I deal with the concept of inclusion, the definition of the role of a special pedagogue in a special school, I state who is a pupil with special educational needs, I present two special schools in České Budějovice, in which special pedagogues teach, who were used as respondents in the practical part, and finally, I present the theory of street- level bureaucracy and the theory of the role of line workers in public policy, with whom I continue to work in the practical part. In the practical part, I present qualitative research using four semi-structured interviews and analysis of media outputs of special educators in newspapers and on the Internet. I subsequently analyze these sources. I mainly focus on their personal opinion on inclusion, then the perception of their role in the inclusion process, trust in the system and I apply the already mentioned theories. Support Measures in the Education of Pupils with Special educational Needs

The diploma thesis covers the procedural aspects of the provision of support measures of levels II-V at primary schools in the Žďár nad Sázavou district. It also explores the practical aspects and the support that teachers receive from school counselling centres in order to apply the support measures in accordance with the issued recommendations. The three research questions are: How do the educators evaluate the support provided by school counselling centres? What are the perceived challenges and opportunities for improvement for the educators when working with the school counselling centres? What form of cooperation with the school counselling centres would be most helpful for the educators when implementing the support measures in school? The thesis is divided into two chapters. The first chapter deals with the theoretical background of the thesis. It defines the concepts of younger school age, support measures of levels II-V, pupils with special educational needs, school counselling centres and school counselling facilities. This diploma thesis focuses on inclusive education and its close aspects, especially the perspective of elementary school teachers. The thesis itself is divided into several chapters. These explain the theoretical framework of inclusion in special pedagogy and associated topics, for example, a shift in a perception of a person with disabilities in individual periods, basic possible approaches to children's education, ie terms of exclusion, segregation, integration, and lastly, inclusion itself. They explain their definitions or principles. School legislation in the Czech Republic is also part of the thesis. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical part and practical part. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of teaching assistants during distance learning in primary schools. The declaration of a state of emergency in March 2020 created a completely new situation for teaching staff that they had to deal with. In this work, the content of the work of teaching assistants in this period will be monitored, the support of children from socially disadvantaged backgrounds by these teaching staff and, last but not least, the changes that took place among teaching assistants after the return to traditional face-to-face teaching will be mentioned.

Well-thought-out cooperation between the teacher and the teacher's assistant not only leads to more efficient work, but is also very beneficial for students and the classroom climate. Already at the beginning of their cooperation, it is necessary to have clear nules, roles and competences set.. I focused my research on the cooperation of a teacher and a teacher's assistant, on the factors that influence the cooperation in everyday practice. The first part of the thesis contains a theoretical definition of this issue. It deals with the concepts of inclusion and inclusive education. It characterizes the position of a teacher and a teacher assistant within the teaching process and its legislative anchoring. The empirical part of the work is devoted to the research of mutual satisfaction of cooperation between respondents. A teacher and a teacher's assistant from a small school participate in the research, followed by teachersmand teaching assistans from several schools in the surrouding area..
